Welcome to the home page of the Airedale Longbow League. This league is open to club teams and individuals and is shot for each month at the Oakbank Leisure Centre, Keighley.

  When is next match? The final match in the 2007/08 league was on Saturday 8th March. We hope to run a summer series. Watch this space. See the results page for the full results of the 2007/08 league.


There is a roll of honour for any archer scoring three 10s in an end, 100 for a dozen or a score of over 400.

INDOOR LEAGUE

The league was the inspiration of Robert Powell and the committee of Aire Valley Archery Club. The aim of the league is to encourage longbow archery amongst the clubs in the Airedale area. So far the following clubs are taking part:

Aire Valley Archers
Bowmen of Adel
Bronte Archers
Panda Bowmen
St.George's, Harrogate
White Rose
Wyre Hall Field Archers

There are matches held once a month on the second Saturday of each month between November and April.
